You will be able to relax and unwind in one of our individually decorated bedrooms complete with en-suite shower facilities. Our comfy rooms are decorated in a modern style and tastefully furnished with good quality fixtures and fittings. A very big emphasis is placed on high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Our beds and mattresses are of of high quality and purchased locally. Mattresses are replaced regularly to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep and we donate our old ones to a local charity, doing our bit to help the environment. All rooms offer digital flat screen colour TVs, alarms and hospitality trays equipped with with all the things you would expect and more. A fresh jug of milk to go with your brew is available on request. We also provide hairdryers, complimentary toiletries and welcome folders providing local information.

Leonard’s Field faces west and as such, enjoys a sunny outlook from midday to late evening, a real boon on long, balmy summer evenings when you can sit at the patio area in our guest garden and take advantage of the warm sunny days. As Leonard’s Field House is located in one of the quieter streets, there is less noise pollution in terms of traffic/pedestrians than those properties located on the busier thoroughfares, whilst still enjoying the benefit of being a short level stroll from the hustle and bustle of central Keswick. Our guests tell us they love the location and of being able to park their car (or drop off their luggage when arriving by bus) and wander into Keswick, a mere level 2 minute stroll from our Guest House. Very handy when Keswick Market is on (Thursday & Saturday) and there is plenty of local goodies to be had! We are also handy for Fitz Park and a short stroll to our local Lake, Derwentwater and Keswick Launch. In fact nearly everything
can be reached from our front step, shops, cafes, restaurants, Keswick Museum and of course a myriad of enjoyable walks, hikes, climbs and cycle rides.
