All in a days work. Running a Guest House is more that just about providing a comfortable place for our Guests to stay or an award winning breakfast, but, its about going that extra mile to ensure every need, where possible, is catered for. Over the years we have helped an injured guest get to hospital (not injured by us i hasten to add), helped guests locate garages and parts when they have encountered problems with their cars, to mention but two.
But now we have also rescued two of our cherished guests when they encountered footwear problems whilst out on a walk. All part of the service we are happy to offer and part of the fun of running a guest house. This is made even more worth while when we receive a thank you card like the one shown, out of the blue.
We wouldn’t want to see any of our guests stranded. If nothing else, it makes for some get memories.
